895 new cases,1 death in past 24 hours

Nepal recorded a total of 895 new cases of coronavirus and one death in the past 24 hours as of Monday.

Currently, there are 4,934 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation of which, 142 are admitted to institutional isolation while 4,792 patients are placed in home isolation. Out of which 36 are in ICU and 5 are on ventilator support. 

1 COVID-19-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours. 

 With this, the COVID-19 death toll in the country climbs to 11,968.

264 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.

Nepal has now recorded 970,326 cases of recovery, and the recovery rate is at 98.3 percent.
