After failing to woo Nepali’s communist parties not to ratify the Millennium Challenge Corporation in Nepal, China has said it would now watch about the implementation of the ‘Interpretative Declaration’ issued by Nepali lawmakers before ratifying it from the House of Representatives.
Speaking at a regular press meet organized by Ministry of Foreign Ministry said China will respect the path of development choosen by Nepalis but will keep close attention about the ‘Interpretative Declaration’ made by the lawmakers.
Ministry’s spokesperson Wang Wenbin during the press meet today said that foreign grants should develop cordial relation between countries and rule of equality amongst countries must be respected. He also said that all countries should respect the sovereignty and people’s call of a free and independent country.
Wenbin also reiterated that China is of a principle that interfering into internal affairs of any country by world power was not acceptable.
