On Friday, the Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Hou Yanqi paid a courtesy call on Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Home Affairs this morning. In the meeting, the duo discussed about further strengthening the mutual relations between Nepal and China.
In the meeting, Minister Khand said, “Nepal is in favor of the One-China policy”, and "We are committed to prevent any activity within Nepal which is against neighboring countries”.
Ambassador Yanqi, on the other hand, said that China is ready to help Nepal in disaster management.
