During his visit, you (Minister Khand) have been given the authority of acting Prime Minister as to comply with the rules envisioned by the constitution.”
PM Deuba is on a visit to India at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was felicitated by a Nepal Army team at Tribhuvan International Airport. PM Deuba will return on March 4 after attending meetings with multiple leaders there.
PM Deuba with his delegation including four ministers has left the country some time ago. Speaker Agni Sapkota, Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, and others had reached the airport to bid farewell to the Prime Minister.
