The Policy Research Institute is going to organize an international conference from this August 26, regarding Nepal's international relationships.
The three-day event entitled 'International Relations: Nepal and World Affairs' will be bringing together 100 youth experts from Nepal and India, owning high academic degrees along with major roles and responsibilities in several government and non-government organizations.
Institute director, Dr. Deepak Kumar Adhikari said experts participating in the event will come with working papers.
The event aims to archive innovative thoughts and ideas about international relations from the youth which will be considered to be helpful in guiding the conduct of Nepal's international relations.
The Institute hopes ideas coming from such events will guide us to determine our future international policies. Different discussion sessions on the environment, culture, world politics, peace, security, stability, trade, and technology will be held during the event.
Program Coordinator, Dr. Binay Kumar Mishra believes that the program will direct the course of the domestic policies in the new world affairs.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to inaugurate the event on August 26 and the concluding session will take place in the presence of former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on August 28.
