Krishna Hari Pushkar appointed as Finance Secretary

The government has appointed Krishna Hari Pushkar as the finance secretary. The cabinet meeting held on Thursday took this decision.

He was previously the Revenue Secretary at the Ministry of Finance. Rameshwor Dangal has been appointed Revenue Secretary by the government.

Finance Secretary Madhu Kumar Marasini was placed on leave following the controversy of Finance Minister Janardan Sharma in the tax rate manipulation case.

Madhu Kumar Marisini has been transferred to the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers.
