This type of training has been conducted from time to time in collaboration with the US Army and Nepali security personnel.
‘Last year, the first medical response training was conducted in Pokhara in collaboration with the Armed Police Force, Nepal and the US Army.
The exchange of expertise and experience sharing on these skills, which are essential in the event of an accident or disaster, is part of a partnership on disaster management preparedness, as in nearly 75 years of Nepal-US relations, 'said the US Embassy in Nepal.
