NA's Rudrakshi Karki became the first Nepali woman MPV driver to participate in the Peace Mission

Rudrakshi Karki of Nepali Army soldier has become the first female Nepali Mine Protected Vechile (MPV) driver in a peace keeping mission.  
Working in military transport, Rudarakshi was selected as an MPV driver in the peacekeeping force in 64th belaton  to be deployed in the UNIFIL mission in Lebanon.

Rudarkshi Karki was born on Chaitra 28, 2058 BS at Aagetariba, Aappipal Gaupalika-5 of Gorkha District. Rudrakshi Karki was born as the daughter of father Rudra Bahadur Karki and mother Madhumaya Karki. She completed her SLC in 2065 BS from  Janata Higher Secondary School Gorkha. 

Rudrakshi Karki joined Nepal Army on 2069 Asar 15 and was assigned to the army transport corps after undergoing military base training at the military training center Trishuli.
