Nepali Congress has registered the party with the Election Commission.
The team including Deputy President Dhanraj Gurung and Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel reached the Election Commission and registered the party.
Congress registered its party on the last day for registering political parties for election purposes.
The commission’s deadline for representative and state assembly elections to be held on Nov 20 is about to expire.
The elections are scheduled to be held on November 20 later this year.
