The Pakistani Embassy in Kathmandu hosted the 'Pakistan Land of Adventure and Nature' program as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations.
The purpose of the program is to highlight Pakistani culture and especially to strengthen the friendly relations between Nepal and Pakistan, the embassy said.
Addressing the program, Pakistan's Ambassador to Nepal Syed Haider Shah highlighted the historical, cultural, religious and traditional ties between Nepal and Pakistan. He said this year was being celebrated as the 75th year of Pakistan's independence.
The program was attended by people from different walks of life including the diplomatic community, serving and retired government officials, intellectuals, journalists, writers and analysts.
