A man has been killed in an apparent gun misfire at Ganyapadhura Rural Municipality-5 in Dadeldhura district, the gun was concealed like a snare at the jungle to kill wildlife.
However, the local of the area who was unaware of the concealed deadly snare was ambushed killing him. The dead has been identified as Dal Bahadur Pan, 45, of Ganyapadhura-4.
The gun was fixed to ambush wild animals at a community forest in the locality, said the police. He succumbed to injuries on the way to Dadeldhura Hospital.
The police have apprehended four persons on the suspicion of their involvement in the incident
