Veteran Cinematographer Bidur Pandey passed away at the age of 55. Cinematographer Pandey died due to cardiac arrest at Gangalal Hospital this morning.
He had been active in the filming sector for the last 35 years. Pandey has filmed dozens of music videos, advertisements, documentaries, and TV shows.
Apart from this, he was also the cinematographer for Nepal’s first digital movie–Kaagbeni. Similarly, he was also the director of photography for multiple films including ‘Swor’, ‘Bhuimanche’, ‘Mero best friend’, ‘Pandit bajeko lauro’, ‘Jung Bahadurko coat’, and many others. He also worked technically in more than 1000 music videos.
Likewise, Cinematographer Pandey had also worked as director of photography for Kantipur Television and Nagarik Network.
