Three Chinese nationals died in a loader accident that occurred at Bakaiya Rural Municipality-11 along the Nijgadh-Kathmandu fast track on Monday.
The District Police Office, Makwanpur informed that the accident occurred near Ghattepakha and Lendanda of Bakaiya Rural Municipality-11. The loader being operated had slipped into the Simat stream from the road.
Two of them died on the spot while one breathed his last during treatment at Hetauda Hospital last night, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tek Bahadur Karki. All of the killed ones are yet to be fully identified.
Among the dead were Mr. Xu Mingbao, 37, and Mr. Xu Mingbao, 51. Mr. Luo Guanbin, 50, of Zhang Xixue. The injured have been identified as Pritam Bahadur Lama, 44, Mr. Du Shaohai, 51, and Mr. Liu Liangyi, 51। They are being treated.
The dead bodies are kept at Hetauda Hospital for postmortem.
Similarly, three injured seriously in the incident have been receiving treatment at Chitwan Medical College.
