"We lost 3,000 doses just two days ago because we couldn't use them during this period," he said. And Pathalaiya is only in the medical store. However, there is no moderna vaccination center store in Pathalaiya.

According to the Ministry of Health, there are 12.3 million doses of vaccine in stock in the country at present, of which 16.52 million five hundred and ten doses of Moderna and 1.53 million doses of Pfizer are available. Pfizer, which should be kept at a temperature of minus 70 degrees Celsius, is now kept only in central storage. 

Health officials fear that thousands of moderna vaccines sent from the center to the states and levels have gone bad. According to him, there are currently 69,710 doses of modern vaccine outside the minus 20 degree Celsius temperature, which were sent a month ago.

Sagar Dahal, chief of the immunization branch of the family welfare division at the Ministry of Health, also admitted that the moderna vaccine was wasted.
