US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu, who arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday, has held talks with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Friday afternoon.
Assistant Secretary Lu called on PM Deuba at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
During the meeting, the duo discussed bilateral relations between Nepal and the US and the support provided by the US in the economic development of Nepal, said the PM’s secretariat.
Earlier today, Lu called on Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
