The Embassy of Pakistan in Nepal hosted a welcome program on Thursday for the visiting Pakistan’s Women Football Team, participating in SAFF Women’s Championship 2022 in Kathmandu.
Ambassador of Pakistan, H.E. Syed Haider Shah along with the Officers of the Embassy greeted the Pakistani Women’s Team and conveyed best wishes to the team members for the tournament.
SAFF Women's Championship 2022 started in Kathmandu on 06 September 2022 and it will last till 19 September 2022.
The Pakistani team had arrived in Nepal on Sunday, August 28.
However, Pakistan began the competition with a loss to India at the Dasharath Rangshala in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu.
